  • Ms. Cavanaugh began her legal career in the Litigation Department of New York City-based Rogers & Wells (now Clifford Chance), a prominent international law firm with multiple offices throughout the United States and the world. While at Rogers & Wells, Ms. Cavanaugh counseled both institutional and individual clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes, appearing in both federal and state courts.

    Ms. Cavanaugh was elected to the Board of Directors of a White Plains, New York-based community bank in 1992, where she currently sits as a Director, Chair of the Bank’s Compensation Committee, and member of the Nominating Committee. She joined Lyons McGovern, LLP in 2010 as Counsel and regularly advises the firm’s clients on a variety of commercial issues and disputes.
