Biography

Ms. Chapoulie has more than 18 years of experience litigating in New York State courts at the trial and appellate levels. She has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, product liability, matrimonial and family law matters, and criminal defense. Ms. Chapoulie spent over 11 years serving as a prosecutor with the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office, rising to the rank of Deputy Chief of Narcotics where she successfully directed complex investigations with state and federal agencies, and spent considerable time inside the courtroom conducting hearings and trials. Ms. Chapoulie’s exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills have earned her the respect and trust of top litigators in her field, and the judges before whom she appears. Ms. Chapoulie is currently the Village Prosecutor for the Village of Mamaroneck..
